If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it for a full refund (minus any shipping, gift packaging charges, and a return fee of 10%) within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

It’s important to note that any item purchased from Jacob Jewelry Inc. can be returned, as long as it is in new and unworn condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and a return fee of 10%. Before issuing any refunds, replacements, or credits, all returned items are thoroughly inspected for any signs of wear or damage. Items with scratches, marks, or blemishes will not be considered in new condition. Moreover, any items that have been altered or resized by another jeweler are also not considered new. Once your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Additionally, any promotional gifts that were included with your purchase must also be returned along with the item.
